**Processing March, 2025**
How it Works: Our pasture raised pigs are processed between 300 and 350 lbs. A whole pig will have a hanging weight of approximately 200 lbs (+/-). We charge $5.00 per pound hanging weight.
A deposit of $375 is required to reserve a half pastured pig. Deposits WILL BE REFUNDED if for any reason we are unable to fufill your order (mortality, acts of God, etc.)
We will email you a cut sheet to fill out and return. The final balance will be due after hanging weight is determined. Customer pays for processing. We will gladly pick up your order for you if we are making a trip to the processor at no charge.
After cutting the whole pig to your specifications, it should yield approximately 130-160 pounds of standard cuts of pork.
