Introduction
Simple. Sweet. Touch of Spiciness. This crispy, "fried-like" texture chicken is amazingly sweet with just the right amount of heat.
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a greased baking sheet.
Glaze: melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in honey, Sriracha and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; simmer until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. **side note: if you want more heat add more Sriracha. I am feeding kids and do not want too much spice.**
In a large bowl, combine chicken, melted butter, garlic powder salt & pepper.
Place chicken on parchment paper or greased baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, using tongs turn chicken at half way point.
Once internal temperatures are at or close to 165 degrees, brush chicken with honey Sriracha glaze. Set oven on broil and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for a crisp "fried-like" crust.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
