What if I can't be there to pickup my order?

Is there a charge for using a local pickup location?
Local order pickup is free for orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, a minimum order of $25 is required and a $10–$15 fee will be applied depending on location.
What should I bring to the pickup?
While all products are delivered frozen, we recommend bringing a cooler with ice or frozen gel packs.
How long are you at each pickup location?
We are at each location for 15 minutes, please be there early so we can make it to the next stop on time.
