Sausage Balls (without Bisquick)

These sausage and cheese balls are a favorite in our house! I love that I know exactly what is in these sausage balls, unlike some of the mixes. Double the recipe and store half in the freezer and reheat for another quick breakfast option.

Ingredients
- (2 cups) All purpose flour
- (3 tsp) Baking Powder
- (1/2 tsp) Salt
- (1/4 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1/4 tsp) Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- (1/4 tsp) Onion Powder
- (1 tsp) Dried Parsley
- (3 cups) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- (1 lb) Pork Ground Sausage (Breakfast Blend)
- (1/4 - 1/2 cup) Milk

Introduction

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350° an dline a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed (using your hands works best).
- Roll tablespoonsfuls into balls with your hands and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
