How It Works
Reserve your half grass-finished beef share with a $500 deposit. We will contact you to help you choose how you'd like your beef cut, so you get the cuts your family enjoys most.
Your share will include a variety of premium cuts, such as ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, chuck roasts, brisket, and ground beef, plus many more. Once processing is complete, we'll be in contact with you about picking up your beef directly from the farm.

Final price is based on the actual hanging weight, and processing fees may vary slightly depending on your custom cut selections.
You will be sent an invoice once we have the hanging weight for the remaining balance. You can pay the invoice with a card, please note we do charge 3.5% credit card fee, or you can bring a check or cash at pickup.
