How It Works
Reserve your WHOLE grass-finished beef share with a $1,000 deposit. We will contact you to help you choose how you'd like your beef cut, so you get the cuts your family enjoys most.
Your share will include a variety of premium cuts, such as ribeye steaks, sirloin steaks, chuck roasts, brisket, and ground beef, plus many more. Once processing is complete, we'll be in contact with you about picking up your beef directly from the farm.

- Estimated Hanging Weight: 750 lbs
- Estimated Take-Home Beef: Approximately 450–500 lbs of packaged beef, depending on your custom cut selection
- Beef Cost: 750 lbs × $6.50/lb = $4,875.00
- Deposit: $1,000 (due when reserving)
- Estimated Remaining Balance: $3,875.00
- Estimated Processing Fee: Approximately $700 (paid directly to the processor)
Estimated Total Investment: About $5,575.00
Final price is based on the actual hanging weight, and processing fees may vary slightly depending on your custom cut selections.
You will be sent an invoice once we have the hanging weight for the remaining balance. You can pay the invoice with a card, please note we do charge 3.5% credit card fee, or you can bring a check or cash at pickup.
