**Processing January/February 2026**
How it Works:
Our pasture raised pigs are processed between 300 and 350 lbs. A half pig will have a hanging weight of approximately 100 lbs. +/- . We charge $5.50 per pound hanging weight. A deposit of $275 is required to reserve a half pastured pig. Deposits WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED if for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order mortality, acts of God, etc.
The final balance will be due after hanging weight is determined. Customer pays for processing.
After cutting the half pig to your specifications it should yield approximately 80-100 pounds of standard cuts of pork.
This product does not qualify for drop locations or home-delivery. Must pickup at the farm.
