Our pasture-raised pork bacon comes from hogs raised outdoors with plenty of room to roam and forage. This bacon was traditionally cured using nitrites and then slow smoked for rich flavor, classic color, and excellent texture. Thick-cut, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, burgers, beans, or cooking grease.
